Packing Options

We offer 2 packing options.

  • Standard Packing (As-is) - 0 JPY

    This is our standard packing option. Our warehouse team will add packing materials as necessary to protect your items. This option is sufficient for most items.

  • Protective Packing - 1,000 JPY

    This option offers more protection than our standard packing option. This method reduces the risk of damage for fragile items, such as audio equipment, musical instruments, or glass items.

For both options, the warehouse team will generally remove the outer shipping box used by the seller.
When packing items for shipment to you, our warehouse team may use the following packing materials:

  • Cardboard Box

  • Bubble Wrap

  • Packing Paper

  • Air Cushions

  • Cardboard Reinforcement

Disclaimers
  • We always do our best to pack items securely, but we can't 100% guarantee the safe delivery of any parcel.
  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the parcel arriving. For details, please check our FAQ’s “Trouble and Issues” section.
  • The packing option can’t be changed once the parcel status is changed to “Being Packed.”
  • The Protective Packing option will increase the weight and size of your parcel, which may affect the shipping cost and available shipping options. Depending on your items and chosen packing option, the weight could increase by 2 kg or more.
