    ケン・ショットウェル 略歴

    1950年、米国ペンシルバニア州に生まれる。
    1972年、ペンシルバニア州ピッツバーグ大学卒業。
    1985年、ニューヨークアートエクスポに初出展、以降毎年ニューヨークやロサンゼルスなど全米の主だった
              アートエクスポに出展。
    1988年、国連の公式作家に選ばれ、「ワールドリタレシー」キャンペーンの公式ポスターを制作。
    1989年、エアーブラシアクション誌の年間最優秀賞を受賞。
              ニューヨークタイムズ紙がショットウエルを全米一のエアーブラシの達人と評する。
              ティミターズドアートギャラリーの最優秀賞を受賞。
    1993年、時の移ろいを表現する絵画「ルミナート」の構想．開発に着手。
    1994年、初来日し、名古屋で個展。ルミナート手法による原画制作。
    1997年、ルミナート版画発表。
    2001年、東京海上火災保険の2001年カレンダー制作。

    国連、米国コネチカット州スレイター記念美術館、
    米国コネチカット州芸術科学工業美術館、米国ロードアイランド大学、
    米国ピッツバーグ大学、米国ユナイテッドテクノロジー社、マイクロソフト社、
