    穏やかでリズミカルなこのパセリの装飾は当時ハンガリーを統治していたオーストリアのハプスブルク帝国の皇帝フランツ・ヨーゼフ王のお気に入りでした交互に描かれた緑の葉と繰り返し描かれた黒の弦は海の波を表現したものです(パセリは世界で最も使われているハーブの1つでもあります)。 ※ヘレンド作品はハンドメイド、ハンドペインティングで描かれている為、色合い、風合い等一点一点、絵柄の細部が微妙に異なります。
    名窯ヘレンドは1826年、首都ブダペストから120キロ離れた寒村ヘレンド村に誕生した。その時代「貴族の中の貴族」と称されたハプスブルク家のフランツ・ヨゼフ皇帝の庇護の下、ヨーロッパ中の王侯、貴族の愛好家を顧客として発展を遂げた小さな窯ヘレンドは今日、頑なに手造り拘る名窯ヘレンドとして名声を高めています。
