    1935年愛知県生まれ。東京芸術大学卒業。小磯良平に師事。

    1986年から中日新聞にて連載された「天馬無限」、
    1989年から日本経済新聞で連載された「褐色の祭り」の挿絵担当。
     白日会副会長、常任委員歴任。愛知県立芸術大学美術学部教授。
     著書に「発表のための基礎技法」など。
