International delivery

Step 1 – Delivery to us

Your item(s) are first sent to our warehouse in Japan. This means you can easily buy from sellers who don't offer international delivery.

Step 2 – Choose parcels to combine

If you chose an insurance plan, you can select parcels to combine and reduce the international delivery fee. Read about our consolidation service here.

We offer a variety of packing options to keep parcels safe during transit. Read about our packing options here.

Step 3 – Enter your address

You'll then be asked to enter an address or choose one from your saved Address Book.

*We can only deliver to the country you chose when making your 1st payment.

Step 4 – 2nd Payment

We work out the international delivery fee and options, and let you know how much to pay.

Step 5 – Delivery to you

Once we've received the 2nd payment, we'll send out your items.
Before delivery, we double check the packaging to make sure items are safe and secure.
