【Notification】 Regarding Our Protective Packing Fee Structure

Hi DEJAPAN Fans!
To continue providing the highest level of care and protection for your items, we've updated our protective packing fee structure.
Before, the protective packing option fee was 1,000 JPY per parcel number.
Starting now (2024/09/18 JST), the protective packing option fee will be calculated as 1,000 JPY per box.
- Example 1: Parcel number X contains 1 box - the protective packing option fee will be 1,000 JPY (1,000 JPY x 1 box).
- Example 2: Parcel number Y contains 2 boxes - the protective packing option fee will be 2,000 JPY (1,000 JPY x 2 boxes).
This change helps us maintain the same high standard of packing and service, while also covering the increasing shipping volumes and material costs.
