Due to consistent demand, DEJAPAN has wanted to offer Small Packet as a shipping option for our customers. However, due to several limiting factors, it was difficult for us to provide this service these past several years. 

However, we were able to make an arrangement with our local Post Office, and we are happy to announce that we’ll be offering the Small Packet shipping option! 

**We are still beta-testing this new system, so we kindly ask for your patience as we get used to this process.

What parcels are eligible for Small Packet?

• The shipping country must allow Small Packet. (Most countries that allow Air shipment as an option also allow Small Packet.)
  **Currently the United States is unavailable, but we are working to make this option available soon!

• Maximum Package Size:

• Length + Width + Thickness = 90cm

• Maximum Length: 60cm

• Weight is no more than 2kg

• Item Price is no more than 30,000 JPY total

• Package does not contain the following item categories: 

• Lithium ion batteries

• Speakers

• Any other restricted items

Parcels that fit all the above criteria will have Small Packet available as a shipping option during 2nd Payment.

Is Small Packet insured?

Although Japan Post does not insure Small Packet options, DEJAPAN will insure your parcel for you! The insurance will be added to the 2nd Payment amount.

If you notice any damage or items missing from your package, please be sure to take photos of the item, the outer box and contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
