It’s finally here!

We’re happy to introduce the DEJAPAN Rank Program to give more benefits to users the more they shop with us.

How It Works

Your rank is based on your Eligible Item Value from the previous 12 months.

Eligible Item Value is the total item price of items with a completed 2nd Payment—shipping fees and service fees are not included.

As your rank goes up, you’ll unlock more benefits!

Benefits include:

• Monthly coupons

• Extended free storage periods

• Special offers

**More benefits are currently under development and will be added in the future!

Rank Updates

Your rank is updated on the 1st of each month.

The total item price of orders with a 2nd Payment completed this month will count toward your rank from the following month.

Check Your Rank Anytime

You can check your current rank, progress, and available benefits from your My Page.

**You won’t be starting from zero! When the new membership rank system launches, your rank will already reflect your EIV from the past 12 months, so your recent purchases will count from day one.

We have a 500 JPY off Coupon available for download! You will find this coupon on our Coupon page, so be sure to download it before October 31st, 2026 JST!

Thank you for continuing to shop with DEJAPAN.
