The Customer Service and Warehouse Teams will be out of the office on Tuesday, August 11th, and Thursday to Sunday, August 13th - 16th (JST) for the Obon holiday.

The Purchase Team will still be working, so feel free to place bids and orders!

【Additional Information about the Obon Holiday】

While DEJAPAN's Obon holiday will be observed on August 11th and August 13th - 16th (JST), please note that many Japanese retailers and shipping companies may take extended holidays around this period.

As a result, order processing, domestic deliveries, and international shipments may experience delays. We appreciate your patience, as it may take longer than usual for your items to arrive.

Our warehouse operations may also be affected during the holiday period. Please understand that we cannot guarantee any parcel will be shipped before the holiday, as export procedures, carrier schedules, and customs processing may also be delayed.

To help avoid storage fees and improve the chances of earlier shipment, we recommend:

• consolidating any items currently in storage by Wednesday, August 5th (JST) 

• completing 2nd Payment by Friday, August 7th (JST)

We will continue with our usual pace post-holiday, but we appreciate your understanding of any potential delays!
