There have been many changes over the past year, and we appreciate your trust and continued support throughout that time.

In order to keep up with all these changes, we have decided to make a few updates to our storage fees and fee structure for orders from certain stores/services.

※ The good news? 60 days of free storage!

As our first step towards improving our service, we are happy to announce that, starting May 1st, 2026 JST, our free storage period will be extended from 45 days to 60 days for ALL our customers. 

Free Storage Period:

• 45 Days → 60 DAYS!

Effective Date:

• May 1, 2026, 0:00 JST (midnight)

Items ordered before May 1st, 2026 JST will also have their free storage period extended to 60 days. Any storage fees attached will be recalculated automatically when effective.

※ Fee Structure for Certain Orders

Some purchases—particularly those from external marketplaces such as Mercari and JDirectItems Auction (Yahoo! Auctions)—require additional handling and operational processes.

To better reflect these differences while keeping our pricing clear and easy to understand, updated service fees will apply to these 3rd-party marketplaces. These changes are part of our ongoing efforts to maintain a stable and reliable service.

• Effective date: May 1, 2026, 0:00 JST (midnight)

※ What is changing?

Applicable Marketplaces:

• Mercari (including Mercari Shops and Auctions)

• Rakuma (Fril)

• JDirectItems Auction (Yahoo! Auctions)

**JDirectItems Fleamarket (Yahoo!/PayPay Fleamarket) handling fee will remain unchanged.

Updated Fees:

An additional service fee of 500 JPY per URL will apply to the aforementioned marketplaces.

• Mercari/Rakuma (Fril):

200 JPY → 500 JPY

• JDirectItems Auction (Yahoo! Auctions):
  No fee → 500 JPY

• JDirectItems Fleamarket (Yahoo!/PayPay Fleamarket):

500 JPY → No change (500 JPY)

**The base service fee (300 JPY per item URL) and payment-related fees will remain unchanged and will continue to apply as part of the total cost.

Example Orders:

Purchasing a 5,000 JPY item from one of the above sites (e.g., Mercari):

5,000 JPY + 300 JPY + 500 JPY + 211 JPY = 6,011 JPY

Purchasing a 5,000 JPY item from other store (e.g., Rakuten):

5,000 JPY + 300 JPY + 193 JPY = 5,493 JPY

• Impact on Existing Orders: Orders placed before May 1, 2026 JST will not be affected by the new fee structure.
