May is quickly approaching, and you know what that means…Golden Week!
Golden Week is one of the longer holiday periods in Japan, and includes:
・ April 29th, 2026 for Shōwa Day
・ May 4th, 2026 for Greenery Day
・ May 5th, 2026 for Children’s Day
・ May 6th, 2026 for Constitution Memorial Day (observed)
Our Customer Service and Warehouse teams will be out of the office during the period above, but our Purchase team will still be working, so feel free to bid and buy as much as you’d like!
**IMPORTANT**
We will not be able to pack parcels during the holiday, but storage fees will continue to accumulate.
Any orders that require confirmation or have issues will be handled as soon as our Customer Service team returns.
Since the holiday is on the longer side, please keep in mind that many shops, logistics centers, and domestic shipping providers will be either closed or working with limited staff during Golden Week. Because of this, there will likely be some delays with order processing and shipping during this time.
We expect it may take up to a week to clear the backlog, so processing times are likely to be slower during the first week after the holiday.
We’ll do our best to order your items as soon as we can, but we kindly ask for your understanding and patience during the holiday week!
