As previously announced, starting March 1st, 2026 (JST) the base shipping rates for DHL and UPS international shipments have increased.

In order to balance out the increasing base rates for shipping, we consulted with our shipping partners and were able to adjust how our insurance fees are calculated. Because of this change, lighter, low-value items will have cheaper shipping fees than our previous rates.

Examples (Shipping to the United States):

Parcel 2:
45cm x 34cm x 9cm; 1.16kg (Item Price: 3,000 JPY)
Old Shipping Rate:

• UPS: 11,300 JPY

• DHL: 10,500 JPY

New Shipping Rate:

• UPS: 9,300 JPY

• DHL: 7,200 JPY
