Here's some important info to know leading up to our Year-End & New Year Holiday.

Holiday Period: December 30th, 2025 ~ January 4th, 2026 (JST)

Our Customer Service and Warehouse teams will be out of the office, but our Purchase team will still be working, so feel free to bid and order!

*­*Please note that we will not be able to pack parcels during the holiday. Any orders that require confirmation or have issues will be handled as soon as our Customer Service team returns.

We will be back on January 5th, 2026 (JST), but we expect it may take up to a week to clear the backlog, so processing times are likely to be slower during the first week after the holiday.

【Additional Information about the Holiday】

The end of December and the beginning of January are especially busy times for shipments globally.

We cannot guarantee that any specific parcel will be delivered before the holiday season begins, due to potential delays in export procedures, shipping, and import procedures. Because of that, we would highly recommend shipping any parcels as soon as possible to give the best chance of an earlier arrival.

The Warehouse Team will not be packing or shipping parcels during the holiday, but storage fees will continue to accumulate.

We strongly recommend the following:

• Requesting consolidation of any items in storage by December 18th, 2025 (JST)

• Making 2nd Payment by December 25th, 2025 (JST)
