We regret to inform you that as of June 18th, 2025, DHL has suspended all international shipment to and from Israel. 

Additionally, due to the intensification of the conflict between Israel and Iran, DHL shipments to and from the following regions will be delayed, due to flight cancellations and airspace closures.

・Israel: TLV (Tel Aviv)

・Iran: THR (Tehran)

・Iraq: BGW (Baghdad), EBL (Erbil)

・Jordan: AMM (Amman)

・Lebanon: BEY (Beirut)

・Kuwait: KWI (Kuwait)

・Egypt: CAI (Cairo)

Parcels that are currently in transit will likely be held at hubs such as LEJ (Leipzig/Halle), BAH (Bahrain), and DXB (Dubai) before reaching its destination.

At this time, there are no changes to UPS shipments to Israel.
