As of June 2, 2025, UPS will be charging an International Collect on Delivery (ICOD) fee of 12.00 USD for all parcels being shipped to the United States. The fee will be paid by the U.S. recipient at delivery, along with any duties, taxes, and other fees that have not been paid yet.

U.S. recipients can avoid the ICOD fee by registering for UPS International Pre-Payment Application (IPPA) and paying for any duties and taxes electronically before delivery.

Here are the steps to register:

1. Create an account with UPS through their website: https://www.ups.com/us/en/home

2. Register for the UPS International Prepaid Application (IPPA) and settle any duty/customs charges.

**This 12.00 USD fee does not apply if customs duties and taxes are billed to a pre-existing UPS account number prior to delivery.
