Here's some important info to know leading up to our Year-End & New Year Holiday, which will take place from December 31st, 2024, through January 5th, 2025!

While the Customer Service and Warehouse Teams will be out of the office, the Purchase Team will still be working, so feel free to bid and order!

We will be back on January 6th, 2025 (JST)! We expect it may take up to a week to clear the backlog, so processing times are likely to be slower during the first week after the holiday.

【Additional Information about the Holiday】

End of the December and the beginning of January are especially busy times for shipments globally.

We cannot guarantee that any specific parcel will be delivered before the holiday season begins, due to potential delays in export procedures, shipping, and import procedures. Because of that, we would highly recommend shipping any parcels as soon as possible, to give the best chance of a sooner arrival.

The warehouse team will not be packing or shipping parcels during the holiday, but storage fees will continue to accumulate. We strongly recommend requesting consolidation of any items in storage by 12/19 (JST), and making 2nd payment by 12/26 (JST).
