• To be eligible to win, entrants must meet all of the following requirements:
  • Have registered for a DEJAPAN account
  • Completed entry via the Campaign Page
• Each user can only enter once with a single DEJAPAN account.
• Entrants cannot receive more than one prize.
• 2 winners will be chosen at random from the eligible entrants.
• We will contact the winners via their DEJ email address.
• If a winner doesn’t respond by the deadline indicated in the email, they forfeit their prize, and a new winner will be chosen.
• Once a winner responds to our notification email, it may take up to 2 weeks for the prize item to be marked as arrived under their DEJ account.
• The prize may be consolidated with other orders, just like a normal DEJAPAN order. If consolidated, DEJAPAN will cover the consolidation fee for the prize in the form of 100 DEJ points, which can be used during the 2nd payment. Points will be given when the item is registered to your DEJ account.
• Winners are responsible for paying the international shipping cost and any customs or import taxes for the prize.
• While the prize items are new and unused, the outer plastic bags may be opened and the prize items may be photographed and/or filmed for promotional materials.
