• To be eligible to win, entrants must meet all of the following requirements:
  • Completed entry via the Campaign Page
  • Spent 5,000 JPY or more at the Sanrio Online Shop within a single order
  • Spent 5,000 JPY or more at the Sanrio Online Shop within a single order
• Users can only enter once, even if they spend at least 5,000 JPY in two or more orders.
• Entrants cannot receive more than one prize.
• 10 winners will be chosen at random from the eligible entrants.
• We will contact the winners via their DEJ email address.
• If a winner doesn’t respond by the deadline indicated in the email, their prize may be given to another entrant.
• Winners cannot choose which prize they will receive.
• Winners are responsible for paying the international shipping cost and any customs or import taxes for the prize.
• The prize may be consolidated with other orders, just like a normal DEJAPAN order. If consolidated, DEJAPAN will cover the consolidation fee for the prize in the form of 100 DEJ points, which can be used during the 2nd payment.
• It may take up to 1 week for the prize item to be marked as arrived under the winners’ DEJ accounts.
