Terms and Conditions of DEJ coupons are additional to, and should be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions of DEJAPAN and our Privacy Policy.

• DEJAPAN coupons are available to registered users only.
• Coupon eligibility may depend on specific criteria such as user status, account activity, geographic location, or participation in certain promotions.
• Most coupons have an expiration date, which is generally not extendable. Unused coupons will automatically expire and cannot be reclaimed or reissued after the validity period ends.
• Only one coupon can be used per payment unless stated otherwise.
• Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.

DEJAPAN reserves the right to revoke any coupon and suspend accounts found engaging in fraudulent activity, such as, but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to obtain coupons.
• Selling or sharing exclusive coupons.
• Using bots or automated methods to redeem coupons.

DEJAPAN reserves the right to modify or terminate coupon offers at any time without prior notice. Changes may be communicated via email, website announcements, or social media.

DEJAPAN is not responsible for technical issues that prevent you from using a coupon. Lost, stolen, or accidentally redeemed coupons cannot be replaced. Coupons cannot be applied to past orders.
