    Muutoは2006年に設立されたデンマークのデザインカンパニーです。
    その社名はフィンランド語の”muutos”「新しい視点」という言葉に由来しています。
    この社名には普遍的な美しさ、機能性、クラフトマンシップの重視、率直な表現といった伝統に根ざしながらも
    素材や技術、そして発想の転換によって北欧デザインに新風を吹き込むMuutoの物作りへの姿勢がそのまま表されています。
    NERD CHAIR（ナードチェア）はドイツを拠点に活動するDavid Geckeler（デヴィッド・ゲッケラー）によるデザインです。
     緩やかにカーブを描く背もたれと座面がシームレスに一体化し、身体を優しく包み込んでくれます。
    背もたれを固定する留め具は上部から見えない工夫がされており、デザイン性にも優れています。
    ナードチェアに塗装されている水性ラッカーは、通常のラッカーに比べて化学物質の排出量が少ないため、
    身体や室内環境にも優しいのが特徴。
    スクラッチテスト、ラッカー強度テスト、チップテストなどのいくつかのテストを受けているため、耐久性の面でも安心です。
