Charges

Payment

The total cost of your order is split into 2 payments: 1st and 2nd.
1st payment: Paid when you order or win an item. This is the item's cost + plan charge or packing option charge if chosen.
2nd payment: Paid when the item arrives at our warehouse. Includes your package combination fee, domestic delivery charge, international delivery charge, and any/all other optional and additional charges.

Delivery

Check the status of your orders and packages on 'My Page'.
It's not currently possible to specify a delivery date and time.
We ship orders on receipt of the 2nd payment.

Shipping Limitations

Weight Limit: 30kg. This applies to ALL orders.

*If the size and weight exceed max delivery limits, we'll split the package up before shipping. (Separate fees apply for additional packages.)

Returns

As a general rule, we do not give refunds on any successful orders. Failed bids (1st payment) will be refunded.
